Much like hospital tokes, dealers long ago voted in the issuance of “Death Benefit Tokes” to a Dealer’s family if a Dealer passed away while employed at Caesars Palace.

We would pay the family thirty-days tokes immediately following the demise of a fallen fellow Dealer.

Management, with their infinite wisdom,

took those benefits away from us

without any input from the dealers whatsoever!

We were told by management

"We provide Life Insurance for the employees, so it is already taken care of"

as the excuse they used to put their hands into our tips!
