When the Harrah's management team took over the casino,
One of
the first things they did was change the policy
On how "Customer
Comments" are received.
"Negative Comments":
Can be received in the Pits by floor personnel.
"Positive Comments":
Can no longer be accepted
in the Pits by floor
personnel.
For a Dealer to receive a "positive" written comment
from a customer, it must be turned in directly to the Casino
Manager.
If the CM is not available at that time, oh well, you don't
get the comment turned in.
To ask a customer to "wait" until the CM can become
available to receive the comment is very bad policy, both in customer
relations and employee relations.
It is clear, the intent of this policy is to
"punish"
the Dealers and to
"ignore" any positive feedback!
STOP
THESE PRACTICES NOW!
