When a Dealer takes an "Early Out" from the "list", several financial implications occur:

1. We lose money both from tips and from pay.
2. We lose vacation time, because we lose the amount of hourly PTO not earned.

Because of a "lack of business" many Dealers get to go home early from the "Early Out List". 

Because there is no business, when a Dealer goes home it saves Caesars Palace LOTS of money.

1. They save in wages not being paid to a Dealer who would otherwise be on a "dead game" that is producing no income for the House.
2. They save by not having to compensate PTO hours for the hours a Dealer is not "on the clock".

What we would like to see in the future is this:

If a Dealer works a set time into the shift, let's day six hours, they will receive FULL CREDIT for PTO for the entire eight hour shift.

We believe that it would be a fair compromise, after all, Caesars Palace is the one reaping all the benefits from a Dealer going home early because of "lack of business".

The Dealer was at work and prepared to work the entire shift, and through no fault of their own there is no business.

The Dealer should be rewarded for being at work and "at the ready".
