"Evaluated" is a complete scam!
Our "Evaluations" are used for several reasons:

For "Mystery Bonuses" none of us ever see;

For "Progressive Discipline";
-
"Paper trails" to document reason for
termination.
Dealers at Caesars Palace are
"Evaluated" by their "Team Leaders" once a quarter.
Our "Team Leaders"
just may be a "Dual-Rate"!
To be evaluated by another
Dealer is not appropriate,
unless we all get the opportunity to place evaluations on
other Dealers in their files as well!
There have been many reports from
"Team Leaders" where the Shift Manager or Back-Up has
checked an evaluation being made on a Dealer by their Team Leader and the Shift
Manager has said the evaluation was not correct.
The Shift Manager either has told the
Team Leader to re-do the evaluation and LOWER
THE SCORES or has himself taken control of the evaluation and LOWERED
THEM HIMSELF!
If we are to use Team Leaders
to do our evaluations, then LET THEM DO THEIR
JOB and ACCEPT THEIR REPORTS!
