We know that not everything is an "issue" to one person as an individual, simply because it does not affect them, but eventually, if not currently, there will be an issue that will affect us all as individuals and as a group. 

So please, even if the issue does not affect you individually, please think of your co-workers, the people who you sit with in the break room, the person who you may spend time with outside of work, your friends. 

If one unfair policy is negatively affecting just one person, that person's morale is beaten down, which in turn rubs off onto others and eventually takes on a snowball effect and soon becomes a landslide. 

Please, have some concern over every one of your co-workers to make CP a better place to work overall.
