(we
could use everyone's input here to help us include everything imaginable we have
lost).

| Health Insurance Costs: Costs get higher
every year! While others get theirs FREE!

| Staff Dining Room: Many of you know
about the "Staff Dining Room". The Dealers at Caesars Palace used to
have their own dining room where we were served by waitresses and busboys.
We could put in "time orders" to have our diner ready and waiting
for us when we arrived. We could actually eat on our short breaks! When it
has been requested we be allowed to use "time orders" again
in Cleo's, management's response is "It wouldn't be fair to all of
the other employees". You know, the ones who get 30-60 minutes for
their dinner - the Union Employees.

| Hot Food in our Lounge:
In the past, the kitchen staff set up a steam-line
in a designated area within our break room where we could eat lunch or
dinner. Citing Department of Health guidelines, management has removed
this area and we are now forced to dine in the employee dining room, which
can take as many as seven minutes to reach from the pit. This leaves a
dealer who must first wash his/her hands less than five minutes to obtain
and consume a meal during break.

| Comps:
Yes, comps! We used to be able
to obtain comps for shows and restaurants and bars whenever we asked for
them, as long as it wasn't abused (like getting them every week). NO MORE!
Now, instead, they want us to promote all of the amenities at Caesars Palace
and tell customers things like "Oh yeah, the food in the Mesa Grill
is great"! How do we know that? Did we receive comps to there? Oh,
we know it because they tell us so! Not because they comp us to any of those
things!

We have had many little things taken away which some may look at like
"perks", but we had them and now they are gone. Things like: Employee
Football Contest, 4th of July Baseball
at Cashman Field, Thanksgiving turkey or
ham, the Christmas $25 gift certificate
they give us is now taxed (isn't it a
"gift"?). We are no longer allowed to put
up any kind of fliers in the Dealers Lounge, the
Dealers Lounge used to be for Dealers ONLY but is now for anyone who wants to
come in basically. These are just a few more things which made
being a Dealer at Caesars Palace one of the best jobs to have, but are
now gone to help supplement executive bonuses.
