There has only been one exception where our management has not been replaced!

The management who was not replaced was never told by the new owners, "Your job is safe, you have nothing to worry about".

However, whenever management was replaced, each time they were assured their "job is safe".

Has our management been told anything?

Whenever a new management has taken over, they have all brought their people with them as well, all the way down to Dealers.

Probably at least 50% of the Dealers at Caesars Palace have been brought in by their "friends" in the last decade after a takeover has occurred.

All of those Dealers have blended in very well and are an integral part of our success, but their "friends" who got them their jobs are no longer with the company.

Take a look at our managers at the casino level now.

How long have they been there?

Where did they come from?

How did they acquire the job?

We can name many managers who have been fired when a new owner has came in.

But that makes sense. If you were spending billions of dollars on a company, wouldn't you want your own people in there running it, just as what happened when Harrah's bought Caesars Entertainment? And especially at the "top property"!

Bottom line is this,

for those Dealers who have came in with Harrah's because of their affiliations with management,

you may very soon lose your "juice".

Chances are you will stay at Caesars Palace and will not follow your "friends" to their next job.

When that happens, you will all be looking for new "protection" and job security.

We could be wrong on this, but we do have decades of experience with takeovers.

We all lost our "juice" years ago.

So, don't wait until your "juice" is let go to seek protection.

You are going to be at Caesars Palace for years to come, they are not.
