On a busy night/day or special events weekend,

how many times have your Supervisors came around

to inform everyone

there is the possibility of OT

or they will be working OT?

Since Harrah's has taken over,

NEVER!

We are just expected to know that we are going to do overtime, they don’t have the decency to come around and tell us.

 It would be simple enough, when management knows there is the possibility of overtime, for them to call each pit affected and instruct the floor-person in the area to in turn inform each of the Dealers of the possibility of OT.

Some people depend on others for rides and have to end up leaving their ride in the dark.

Others must pick up children or take home babysitters.

Others are the drivers for multiple people, and now everyone doesn't know if they should wait or seek another ride.

Overtime is understandable, but when supervisors KNOW that Dealers will be working OT, 

WHY CAN'T THEY WARN US?

BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT US!

STOP BEING TREATED AS "SLAVE LABOR" NOW!
