We want to Welcome ALL Transfer Dealers to Caesars Palace!

Congratulations on finally making it to the "Big House"!

We know it takes time to adjust and "fit in" for a new Dealer at Caesars Palace, but soon you will all be

"One of the Gang"!

Although we are glad to have you Veteran Dealers onboard with us, we do have some  problems with how you got here.

It's not a "personal thing", but a problem with management's policies.

Any Dealer in Las Vegas would take the same opportunities given to you if they could, and we understand that. 

We would have done the same thing had we been provided the opportunity!

Please know though, we have Extra-Board Dealers who have been here for years and want to become full-time Dealers. 

We would like to see a "fair ratio" of Extra-Board Dealers and Transfer Dealers filling the full-time positions is all.

As an example: 

If there are say ten full-time positions open and there are Dealers who are requesting transfer from other properties, we suggest it would be fair for at least half the positions to be filled by the CP Extra-Board Dealers, and  BY SENIORITY, with the rest of the positions being made available to Transfers.

Transfer Dealers who have been "juiced in" may want to see the "New Management" page.
