SUMMARY:

The Harrah's "Wellness Center" was described to the Union by the Company.

The "Report and Notice of Inspection" provided to Caesars Palace by the "Southern Nevada Health District" was provided to the Union by the Company. This report was on the "smoking room" next to the Dealers' Lounge and described that the room was not in compliance. Because of this report, the "smoking room" has been closed and will no longer be available.

The Company reported that all food and utensils have been removed from the Dealers' Lounge because of the lack of the proper permit from the Health District. The company is checking into what it would take to obtain the proper permit and if it would be feasible to do so.

The Company provided the Union with a copy of the "Harrah's Citywide Attendance Policy" and walked through the policy with the Union.

The Union requested a copy of the policy which outlines procedures for such things as "clock-in infractions". The Company agreed to provide the policy.

Employee training was briefly discussed.

The Company went through the proposals they received from the Union in our previous meeting asking for more details. The Company will offer counter-proposals.

The Union presented THREE proposals to the Company for their review:

Article 7: Seniority

Article 8: Working Conditions

Article 10: Leaves of Absence

The Union reserved the right to amend or add to any of the proposals submitted (Future proposals will be submitted concerning many other areas as the negotiations progress)

Besides the confirmed date of April 17, 2008, two more meeting dates were discussed and were tentatively set.

The Negotiations adjourned at 3pm.
