TENTATIVE AGREEMENT:

ARTICLE 27

UNION VISITATION

Designated Union Business Agents and Officers shall be allowed to visit the casino for the purposes of ascertaining whether or not this Agreement is being observed by the Parties hereto, or for adjustment of grievances, provided that the Union has scheduled a mutually convenient time for such visit with the Employer’s designated representative, at least twenty-four (24) hours (or less if by mutual agreement) in advance of their desire to be on property and upon arrival at the designated time, announce their presence to the Employer before continuing onto the premises. The Union will be required to sign in and be badged. There shall be no more than two (2) representatives of the Union per visit. The Union representative shall be escorted while on property by a Human Resources representative or other Employer designee. The Union recognizes that the Employer has an obligation to provide a professional, courteous, and safe environment for its employees, patrons and guests. As such, in no case shall such access interfere with work of any employee or with a guest or patron’s activities, or otherwise disrupt the operation of the casino. Union Business Agents and Officers shall not have access to the company premise except for Casino Employees Lounge and Human Resources office. Additionally, no representatives of the Union representing Bargaining Unit employees shall gamble at Caesars Las Vegas at any time. [agreed 8-6-08]
