TENTATIVE AGREEMENT:
ARTICLE 29
NON-SOLICITATION AND DISTRIBUTION
No employee is permitted to solicit any other employee whatsoever, during
the working time of the employee solicited or the working time of the employee
solicited or the working time of the employee soliciting.
In addition, no
employee may solicit any other employee or customer in the public areas of the
employers private property, or exiting
and entering the property, for any purpose whatsoever, regardless of whether the
solicitation occurs during working or non-working time.
Solicitation includes, but is not limited to, raffles, pools, collections
for any purpose, the sale of tickets or merchandise, or solicitation for any
other purpose. The restriction on solicitation during working time does not
apply during break periods, mealtimes, or other specified periods during the
workday when employees are properly not engaged in performing their work
assignments.
Employee distribution of literature, including handbills, during working
time, in work areas, is prohibited at all times. [Agreed
