ARTICLE 1: UNION RECOGNITION

The Company shall recognize the T.W.U. as the exclusive collective bargaining representative for all full-time and regular part-time table game dealers employed by Caesars Palace employer at its facility located at 3570 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada, as described with exclusions, in the NLRB Certification (case 28-RC-6573).
