UNION PROPOSAL: ARTICLE 11: HEALTH INSURANCE The Parties agreed that the employer shall continue to
provide health and other benefit coverage and benefits to bargaining unit
employees as outlined in Harrah’s 2007 Health and Welfare Summary Plan
Description (“SPD”) with the following provisions: 1.
The benefits and employee contributions shall not be revised during the
term of this agreement unless mutually agreed. 2.
The employee contributions to the health/medical plan will be reduced by
15% of current contributions rates (for all choices). 3. The Employee deductible (paid after exhaustion of HRA accounts) will revert to 2007 levels, as outlined on page 22 of the SPD.
