UNION PROPOSAL:

Article 36: DURATION

This agreement shall be in full force and effect from January 1, 2008 to and including December 31, 2011 and from year to year thereafter unless sixty (60) days written notice to change, modify or terminate is given by either party prior to December 31, 2011 or in any subsequent year thereafter.
