UNION PROPOSAL:

ARTICLE 4: DUES CHECK-OFF

The Company shall agree that during the term of the agreement, it will deduct dues in the amount certified by the Secretary Treasurer of the Union, from the wages of every employee to whom the agreement applies, and remit to the International union within fifteen (15) days of the end of the month for which deductions are made.
