LIES...LIES...and MORE LIES! They have properly titled their recent flyer with the
FACT that they (MANAGEMENT) are telling lies…lies…and more lies!
The funny thing is that they can be easily proven for what they are so
their tactics will BACKFIRE! For instance, regarding the first two points on that
flyer about who
is eligible to vote.
CaesarsPalaceDealers.com immediately posted what the stipulation was
regarding eligibility. We also
posted the same document in the break-room as soon as it was determined.
We gave out the information immediately and clearly noted the Nov. 15
date as well. The truth will set
you free! BACKFIRE! We have provided the information regarding the voting process and have from the beginning stated that the election will be determined by the actual votes that are cast on election-day Saturday December 22. The process was outlined early on and presented in flyers left in the break-room and posted at the CaesarsPalaceDealers.com website. Your lies again BACKFIRE! Stating that voting in the TWU will lock in what we now
have forever is a misleading statement, which belies the
fact that what we have always indicated is that when we elect the TWU to be our
UNION we will have a seat at the bargaining table! The bargaining table is the
place where the members concerns for our future will be reflected and agreed
upon by all parties to the contract. BACKFIRE! The
Dues question.
They keep lying to us!

Go Ahead! Call them now! The statement about the hourly
wage rate and what Caesars
Palace has or hasn’t done to increase the pay of dealers is interesting.
The Fact is that this management has chased away so many of our good
players and eliminated our bread and butter games that do not exist anymore.
They have replaced them with so many carnival games and the worst rules
in Blackjack in most of our pits and have not provided a place to play for the
many customers who ask us “where are there more table games with good
rules?” Don’t be fooled by the
recent increase in game limits and toke limits that have been used as a tool to
mislead you. They can just as
easily change them back! And, what
good is a temporary increase in tips at the expense of loss of job security for
our future? BACKFIRE! The TWU
negotiated the contract for the Frontier.
