With a Collective Bargaining agreement and with contract negotiators, we can actually have a fair chance of finally getting some kind of real pay raise.

Alone, as individuals we can never negotiate a pay raise. It's just not possible. So we must take what they throw to us.

We think the last pay raise was FOUR CENTS an hour at Caesars Palace!

That's a whole $1.60 a week! That's an incredible $83.20 a year! WOW! Almost enough for our Cable bill! Enough for maybe 1.5 tanks of gasoline to drive to work!
