It it with this blind hope that the company treats me well as if i were making my own decisions, which I clearly understand I am not. Remember, unlike the Union Card, this is (not really) a "binding contract", like the one you signed when you were hired (where we could fire you at any time for any reason, OR you could quit or walk out at any time for any reason. After all, this IS a right-to-work state). But don't forget, the Union's bad; WE do your thinking for you... We could use a few more sheep, uh... lackeys, uh... blind followers... no, no.... Rio Dealers- Management is now using locked glass cases to protect THEIR voices, while DISALLOWING You to have one! Are you Proud of your employer threatening you with constant "reminders" that your Tokes will be snatched if you Sign a CARD? Aren't you Outraged by the Intimidation and being treated like an uneducated CHILD? You aren't even getting the courtesy of their TRUE intentions... First, they try to lie to you about the Purpose of the card. Now, there's literature LOCKED in glass cases in the hallway (in 6 different languages) to Persuade & Deceive you into asking for any signed cards Back from the Union...WHAT A JOKE! If you can't see this "Old School Union Busting Trick" as a way to undermine your intelligence and discover which of you has or has NOT signed a card; then you are falling for their Bullying tactics; hook, line and sinker!They are trying to distract you from the OBVIOUS SIGNS that we, the Rio, are on the Chopping Block to be sold. If a Union IS in place before that happens, our contract must be honored and we can't be "Sold Off" like cattle (like Mgmnt can). They want to "Bust" us to retain Control over our Pay, PTO, Benefits, 401k... WE should be at the Negotiating Table to do this For Ourselves! Can you NOT see they are trying to keep us from having simple JOB SECURITY?! Don't you WANT IT?Why would you "Wait & See", helping them to SEND YOU PACKING?! Because you've "Been here awhile"; "Nothing's been that bad (yet)?", a "PROMISE" to "Trust" them... like they've taken care of us so many times before?!! Why wait to be led by deception and find nothing but LIES at the "End of their Rainbow"?Wake up people! We need a Legal, Binding Contract for Job Security! We are being HARASSED over trying to protect ourselves! Just to look out for our Livelihoods: Ourselves, Homes, Families, Bills, Hopes & Dreams! THEY WANT TO STOP THIS! What kind of Employer only looks out for themselves, and puts out LIES to stop you from taking care of Yourself and Family?! Ask for your card back?! They did the same trick at the Flamingo & Paris; only 7 letters were sent in; by people who NEVER SIGNED A CARD IN THE FIRST PLACE! This effort is simply a disguise to find out WHO IS "ON THEIR SIDE" and "in their pocket"; who's loyal to them... in return for the "promise" of what... WHAT???
