WE ARE THE UNION!

Dealers who work on shifts other than what the "normal world" works make many sacrifices for the sake of the company. Not to mention all of the Christmas Days we spend at work! Dealers on swing Shift for example are not able to be at home to "tuck in" their children at night. Dealers on Swing Shift may also have to pay and transport babysitters for their children. (yes, the other shifts may have to use babysitters as well, but for limited durations while at work). Dealers on Graveyard are not able to "send the kids off" to school in the morning. Dealers on Day Shift are not able to "pick the kids up" after school. Every shift has it's losses of personal life moments with the families, which is a sacrifice we make for the company. We think the possibility of receiving a "shift pay", like the rest of the country gets, may be obtainable in the future if we organize. No, it doesn't make up for the lost ball games or dance recitals, but it helps make the additional financial strains easier.
