MANAGEMENT INTERFERES WITH OUR TOKES!

It was they who FORCED us all to pool our tokes.

It was NOT the IRS who did that!

At one time it used to be that Dice was separate, Baccarat was separate and 21 was separate.

We are not saying that we want to be "table-for-table" by any means.

However, it should be up to the Dealers on how to best split their own tokes and

SHOULD NOT BE MANAGEMENT'S DECISION!

We say that how we "pool" our tips

SHOULD BE OUR DECISION!

Management has their hands all over our tips and nobody has ever stopped them.

The time has come for us, as Dealers, to make our own decisions about our tips!
