
SUPERVISORS
GET CONTRACTS TOO!!
This page is for all of the Supervisors and those Dealers
who's "other half" is a Supervisor, Pit Boss, Shift Boss, Back-up
Shift Boss, etc... (Yes, we are thinking of your jobs as well and you
will see here why a Union benefits EVERYONE in the industry!)

PLEASE, THINK ABOUT THIS: (we are using
"traditional titles" to simplify the chain below)
Supervisors come from the ranks of Dealers;
Pit Bosses come from the ranks of Supervisors;
Back-up Shift Bosses come from the ranks of
Pit Bosses;
and for the most part, Shift Bosses come from the ranks of Pit Bosses and
Back-ups.
Bottom line is this, they all start as Dealers
(with the exception of
upper management who learned the intricacies of Gaming from a book in college).

What will management have to offer someone to get them to leave their
job which is protected by a contract (make a Dealer a Supervisor)? A CONTRACT!
Why would a Dealer who is under contract willfully leave the
protection and benefits of their contract to become an "at-will"
employee? We don't think they would.

So, to get Supervisors from the rank and file of Unionized Dealers,
management
will be forced to offer Supervisors contracts!
(or the Supervisors
could form their own Union??). Why would a contracted Supervisor give up their
contract to become a Pit Boss? A better contract of course! It is like a domino
effect all the way up the ladder!
With this in mind, do you
as a Supervisor, Pit Manager, Pencil,
Back-up Shift Boss or Shift Boss really want to tell Dealers that a Union
is no good for them?
Don't you want a REAL contract as well?
Don't you want job and financial security for yourself and your family?
